What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: your name, email address, business name (optional), primary platform (optional), the message you write, and the plan tier you indicated interest in (when applicable). We also log the IP address of submissions for spam prevention.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to reply to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and prepare a tailored proposal. We do not use it for marketing emails, profiling, or any automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records for as long as a relationship is active and for up to 24 months thereafter for accounting and reference. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see “Your rights” below.
Who else sees it
Only Creative Forge team members involved in evaluating and onboarding clients. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or third-party marketers. Sub-processors (e.g. our email provider) are contractually bound to confidentiality and never use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use only essential cookies needed to make the site function. We do not run ad tracking, cross-site profiling, or third-party analytics that personally identify visitors.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email us with your request and we will reply within 30 days. If you are based in the EU/UK or California, additional rights under GDPR/CCPA apply.
